LEARNING AND SELF-MANAGEMENT: Wellbeing
Mental Health
Mental health is a continuum, and most students will experience some degree of stress, anxiety, or low mood during their studies. Knowing how to practice self-care, where to find screening tools, and how to access crisis support are important for all students, not only those experiencing a mental health condition.
