LEARNING AND SELF-MANAGEMENT: Finding Help and Support
Seeking Support
Students who seek help early tend to perform better academically and experience fewer crises. These resources address common barriers to asking for help and highlight the kinds of support typically available at universities.
NTK offers one-to-one consultations for anyone interested in speaking with an information specialist. Consultations can cover a range of topics, including academic information searching, citation management, and organizing and planning writing projects such as theses and dissertations. Sessions typically last one hour and are free of charge and open to the public.
