Recruiting international doctoral students and postdocs
Definition:
Recruiting early career researchers worldwide can be a challenging process if an institution does not have services devoted to assisting mentors fill positions in their groups. The following general resources can aid mentors without support services in this process, and mentors can additionally seek assistance from scholarly societies who may have additional hiring services in targeted countries.

Robust academic job board for postdoctoral positions. Listings provide mentors with examples on writing such postings in English (search on the keyword "postdoctoral" for listings across all disciplines then limit as needed).
European Commission. (2021). EURAXESS. https://euraxess.ec.europa.eu/
Europe's primary portal to which researchers can post openings, making them accessible to interested colleagues anywhere in the world. Also includes information about living and working in Europe and what to do upon departure. Researchers from Europe should contact their national contact points for assistance they cannot find online, including job posting fees. Includes doctoral and postdoctoral opportunities.

Used commonly in the US and most relevant for the posting of doctoral posutions, if an institution would like to recruit more such students from the US.
