Definition:

Getting publishing in a scholarly journal can be an overwhelming experience for early career researchers unfamiliar with scholarly publishing and scientific communications. While mentors should serve as the key guides for their mentees through this process, the following tools and resources provide mentors with reading material they can provide to mentees new to this process, ranging from submission to navigating the peer review process.
