The joint NTK, University of Chemistry and Technology, Prague (UCT), and Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry AS CR (IOCB) library, chemTK, offers a large collection of books and journals in chemistry and chemical technology. In addition to recent literature, you can find titles dating back to the nineteenth century. We also provide access to many special web apps for working with chemical structures or finding articles about chemistry.

- Current Chemical Reactions - Accessed via Web of Science Core Collection, contains over one million reactions, delivers the latest synthetic methods reported in over a hundred of the world's leading organic chemistry journals. Each reaction provides complete reaction diagrams, critical conditions, bibliographic data, and author abstracts.
- Index Chemicus - Accessed via the Web of Science Core Collection, provides research data about chemical compounds, trend analyses, journals, reseacher profiles, and findings. Covering more than one hundred of the world's leading organic chemistry journals, Index Chemicus is fully-searchable by keyword or subject and offers complete graphical summaries, important reaction diagrams, and complete bibliographic information.
- PubChem - Database of chemical structures and compounds administered by the NCBI (National Center for Biotechnology Information) providing information about the biological activity of small molecules. Information files about molecules can be downloaded via FTP.
- Reaxys - Elsevier database created to serve researchers. Contains a large number of compounds from all areas of chemistry and their associated physical-chemical properties, reactions, and syntheses with links to bibliographic information containing sources of the actual data. Available on library computers; ICT students and employees can access anywhere when logged into the ICT network.
