When processing personal data, the Library is acting in accordance with Czech legal regulations: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament (EP) and of the European Council of 27 April 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons in regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (repealing Directive 95/46/EC, and the Integrated Library Rules), and with Internal Directive No. 2/2018 issued by the Director of the NTK..

All complaint reports should include the following contact information when they are filed. Please include:
- The identifying word “Complaint“ in the subject line of your report
- First name and last name
- How we can contact you (via mail or email)
- The subject of your complaint
If your complaint report does not contain the contact information specified directly above, please note it will be considered as anonymous report and we will not be able to reply. If you are filling one complaint together with other people at the same time, a response will be delivered to the person listed first on the report.
