Chemistry Full of Colors and Flavors

UCT Prague will present molecular gastronomy and show you that cooling with ice is "old school." On the menu: creamy ravioli, vanilla spaghetti, ice biscuits, and bubbling drinks. Experiments with liquid nitrogen and dry ice; Sherlock Holmes and forensic analysis; chemoluminiscence and fotoluminiscence; secrets of biochemistry; and huge bubbles.
